One of the most anticipated titles for Google Stadia 2020 is arguably Doom: Eternal, which is set to be released on the Google Stadia store on March 20. Developed by id Software and published by Bethesda Softworks, the game will allow the player character to assume the role of the Doom Slayer once again.
The Doom Slayer, as gamers might know from the 2016 reboot of the game, is tasked with destroying the hellish demonic forces that have overtaken the world. Unlike in the 2016 release, though, there will be a lot more to take in for this version of the game, with double the number of demon types, new weapons, and numerous new enemies—alongside the old ones—to keep the gameplay thrilling (as explained by Hugo Martin, the game’s creative director).
One of the most exciting features of Doom: Eternal is that of its “Invasion” mode, where players can face off against their friends in the role of demons! This is one particular feature that will work exceptionally well on Google Stadia, so we’re excited to see where they take it!
If you can’t wait for Doom: Eternal as much as us, then make sure to check out the newly released trailer ASAP. The trailer focuses heavily on the role of the player during the Doom: Eternal gameplay and also offers a few other snippets of information as to what we can expect when Google Stadia Doom: Eternal arrives on our screens at the end of March!
